Remove external Varnish cache from database
core_config_data table, path cache_application, should be set to 0
Stop static file versioning
404 error can occur while the url to static resources would look like http://localhost/pub/versionxxxxxx/aa.js dev/static/sign should be set to 0 to disable static file versioning.
